Course on Spanish Language and Cooking in a beautiful setting

Bosch & Barnsdale Business Language Training organizes an active learning holiday in a renovated farm in the countryside near Girona. Spanish Language and Cooking is both a language course and a cooking course: 25 hours of Spanish language and cooking, from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon.

You will receive language training from one of Bosch & Barnsdale Business Language Training’s qualified Spanish teachers. Before lunch, there will be three hours of language training

Lunch will be prepared by a professional Spanish cook, who will explain - in Spanish, to be sure - all about the traditional Spanish dishes that are on the menu. And indeed, the course members are free to help him out. At the end of the course, you will be handed out the recipes of all the dishes.

Spanish cooking is at present one of the most prestigious cuisines, and that is not suprising, because in Spanish cooking creativity and variety go hand in hand with the health profits of the Mediterranean Diet.
